Manuel Barrios

Manuel Barrios, Manny to most, was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the United States as a teen with his family. Manny has three children, Ashley, Amber, & Austin. He has 4 grandchildren; Dominic, Allison, Atticus, and Hudson. He also has four brothers. He was a true people person and loved the outdoors. He was happiest in the classroom teaching young minds at the college level where he spent most of his professional career. Manny had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh, even in the most difficult of circumstances. He also had a deep love for books and could spend hours at Barns & Noble. He obtained 3 masters and always dreamed of one day obtaining a PHD. He was a true lifelong learner. He was very proud of his children and would share their accomplishments with anyone who would listen. He will be missed by many, but his impact in the minds and on the hearts of so many remains.
