Jorge disfrutaba viajar y estar conectado con su familia a través de su computadora, era conocido por ser una persona amorosa y solidaria; era apreciado por su gratitud hacia los demás y su tiempo. Fue amado y será extrañado por siempre. Lo sobreviven su amada hermana Lourdes Valdivieso, sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos.
