Gloria was born April 11, 1941, in Guasti, CA, to Henry R. Duran and Victoria O. Duran. She was the younger sister to Henry O. Duran. She grew up in Guasti and later moved to Chino, CA, where she lived for the remainder of her life. She graduated from Chaffey High School in Ontario, CA, in 1958.Being part of the Guasti community, she attended San Secondo d’Asti Roman Catholic Church. Gloria devoted her life to the banking industries, where her co-workers and customers became part of her family. She enjoyed shopping and was a fashionista with her own personal style. She also enjoyed being a foodie and trying new restaurants. Another passion of hers was traveling and taking road trips. Never having had children of her own, Gloria was beloved by her three nieces, and many cousins who recall fondly of her kind and giving heart. Gloria is survived by a large extended family who will miss her dearly. They include her sister-in-law, Mary P. Duran; nieces Debra (Rich) LaBarge, Diane (Al) Ramirez, and Michele (Sean) Swanson; and great-nieces and nephews, Bethanee Kushner, Kaitlynn LaBarge, R. Graham LaBarge, Chantal Saldana, and Garrett Brooks. She is also survived by two aunts, Julie Vega and Cecilia Ortiz, great-great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins, including some in Las Cruces and Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother. Gloria’s request to everyone: Enjoy your life and family.
