Felipe Vargas Tinoco was born in Michoacán, Mexico, to Atenojenes and Maria De La Luz Vargas. A devoted husband and father, he is survived by his loving wife Angelita with whom he shared 51 years of marriage, 7 children and 10 grandkids. He will live in our hearts forever.
