Efren was born in Tijuana, Mexico, to Efren and Maria Rosas. He is survived by his loving wife Susana, with 35 years of marriage, 5 boy's: Efren Rosas Jr., Edward Rosas, Daniel Rosas, Edgar Rosas, Gabriel Rosas, 2 grandson's; Elisha Rosas and Daniel J. Rosas.
