Salvador Millan Obituary

Salvador was born in the Philippines to Domingo and Pilar Millan. He is survived by his bride of 51 years, Gloria Meno Millan: 6 children; Joseph Millan, Lourdes Tanner, Pilar Millan, Lea Sutfin, Leona McKoy, and Claire Fine, 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Prior to retiring, Salvador served over 30 years with the Department of Defense as a Civil Engineer.
